645nm Laser Alignment Modules
The 300-0100-00 series 645nm alignment laser modules offers a range of interchangeable, pre-aligned precision optics: 88° cross, 58° line, 58° cross/spot, which provide optimum laser beam performance, as no user adjustment is required.
The laser intensity, however, is user adjustable from 0.1mW to 4.5mW, allowing brightness to be optimised for the target material. The focus is also user adjustable.

635-650nm Line Generating Optics
A range of compact and affordable laser modules generating an accurate line at 635nm or 650nm with uniform intensity distribution.
These laser diode modules generate either a 58° or 88° full angle line, factory focused at 1000mm. The focus can be set at other distances on request. The lens system produces an efficiently uniform intensity laser line.
At a visible wavelength of either 650nm or 635nm, these compact laser diode modules offer output powers of 0.9mW or 4mW with power stability of less than 5 per cent.

  • Power stability of less than 5%
  • Operating voltage is from 3V to 6V DC
  • Operating current of 30mA typ, (0.9mW) or 40mA typ, (4mW)
  • Operating temperature range is -10° C to +40° C

635-650nm Compact Laser Modules
The laser modules consist of a brass housing, laser diode, drive circuit and adjustable collimating or focusing lens. The lens may be adjusted to produce either a collimated beam or focused spot. Electrical connections are made via external flying leads.
650nm laser diode modules:

The 532nm DPSS green laser module is a compact, self-contained laser module. It produces a very visible circular output beam of <2.0mm diameter and output powers of 0.9mW and 4mW with a maximum operating current of 250mA.

532nm Green DPSS TEC Laser Module
532nm DPSS green laser module with integral thermo electric control which enables the laser module to be operated at a stable temperature level.
The DPSS (diode pumped solid state) green laser module measures a compact 60mm in length, 24mm diameter and offers a circular output beam of approximately 2.7mm diameter at a 5 metre working distance with a lasing wavelength of 532nm.

These compact and efficient 405nm blue laser diode modules produce either an elliptical output beam or a 2mm circular output beam with output powers from 0.9mW to 60mW.
The glass AR coated aspherical lens may be adjusted to produce either a collimated beam or focused spot. The standard lens may be replaced by other optical systems such as line generators.
