635-650nm Compact Laser Modules
The laser modules consist of a brass housing, laser diode, drive circuit and adjustable collimating or focusing lens. The lens may be adjusted to produce either a collimated beam or focused spot. Electrical connections are made via external flying leads.
650nm laser diode modules:

635nm laser diode modules:

1310nm / 1550nm Pigtail Laser Diodes
A range of 1310nm / 1550nm telecomms wavelength laser diodes pigtailed (coaxial or boad mount) to singlemode 9/125μm optical fibre.
With uncooled operation at -40°C to 85°C, the laser diodes are multi-quantum-well structure (MQW), have a built-in InGaAs monitor photodiode and a hermetically sealed active component.

405nm-Blue/violet Laser Modules
These compact and efficient 405nm blue laser diode modules produce either an elliptical output beam or a 2mm circular output beam with output powers from 0.9mW to 60mW.
The glass AR coated aspherical lens may be adjusted to produce either a collimated beam or focused spot. The standard lens may be replaced by other optical systems such as line generators.

At a visible wavelength of either 650nm or 635nm, these compact laser diode modules offer output powers of 0.9mW or 4mW with power stability of less than 5 per cent.

645nm Laser Alignment Modules
The 300-0100-00 series 645nm alignment laser modules offers a range of interchangeable, pre-aligned precision optics: 88° cross, 58° line, 58° cross/spot, which provide optimum laser beam performance, as no user adjustment is required.
The laser intensity, however, is user adjustable from 0.1mW to 4.5mW, allowing brightness to be optimised for the target material. The focus is also user adjustable.
