OSi offers three type of dual sandwich detectors:

1- Silicon- silicon sandwich, in which one silicon photodiode is placed on top of the other.

2- Si- InGaAs sandwich : for application requiring a wider range of wavelength beyond 1.1µm, an InGaAs photodiode deplaces the bottom photodiode.

3- Si-InGaAs is also availalbe with a two stage thermo-electric cooler for more accurate measurements by stabilizing the temperature of InGaAs detector.
