These stages deliver superior rigidity & stability.
To ensure accurate linear travel, the stage uses thermally matched, hardened-steel, crossed-roller bearings and high precision reference surfaces. The results is a line of translation stages that offers an angular deviation of <150 µrad in any axis and straight-line accuracy better that 3 microns.
The stages come in two formats: 0.5" travel (9066 series) and 1.0" travel (9067 series)
XYZ Translation Stages
Models 9066-X YX-R or -L
and Models 9067-XYZ-R or -L
These high-precision XYZ stages come in right-handed and left-handed configurations. The right-handed stages allow you to adjust the back actuator with your right hand and adjust the side actuator with your left hand. The left-handed stages are the opposite.
XZ-Translation Stages
Model 9066-XZ or 9067-XZ
The XZ stages provide low-profile, high-stability, linear translation for systems needing vertical adjustment and one axis of horizontal adjustment.
XY-Translation Stages
Model 9066-XY or 9067-XY
These XY stages provide low-profile, high-stability, linear translation for systems that do not need vertical adjustments.
X-Translation Stages
Model 9066-X or 9067-X
Because the weight of these stages are held by the actuator and not the spring, you get improved stability and the convenience of being able to use these X-configured stages in the Z configuration.
Commercial Translation Stages
Model 9066-COM or 9067-COM
These commercial stages are linear translation stages designed to fit directly into your system. The stages have a reduced profile since they do not include a mounting plate.
