Six-Axis Micro Positioning
M-Tech
The MA-100 six-axis unit allow highly accurate motions freely in space.
The Operator can easily interface with other software modules such as LabView or C.
The system is powered solely by a standard PCI card which is inserted into a standard PC. After running self installation mode the operator can use the motion unit. There is no additional amplifier and controller box needed. A single cable connects the PC with the motion unit. It takes 10 minutes until the operator can use the unit out of the box.
Six axis motion system particularly for application in optical alignment processes.

Goniometer Stages
New Focus
Each stage comes with a side-mounted actuator that drives a precision dovetail slide. The thumb-screw lock secures the stage resulting in excellent long-term stability.
  • Rotates an object about a point located above the centre platform
  • Graduated scale for angular position reading
Both single-axis and double-axis versions
  • The Model 9421 goniometer series stages rotate the mounted object about a point that is located above the plane of the stage.
Select between a 40 mm or a 57 mm radius of rotation, or stack them for a double-axis system with orthogonal motion about a common point in space.
The 40 x 40mm size of these goniometers is ideal for laboratory, OEM, or manufacturing applications. They can be used alone or stacked with New Focus other stages.

Picomotors
New Focus
Picomotors™ are ideal devices for motorising fine-positioning stages and mounts in your optical or mechanical systems. They have exceptional long term stability and the ability to hold their position with no power applied.
  • Easy to mount with standard 0.375" micrometer shanks or 12 x 0.5 mm threads for European type mount
  • <30 nm resolution in a compact package
  • Set and forget - these actuators stay put.
