This combination is especially suitable for determining the wavelength of monochromatic radiation.

These Photodiodes are ideal for laser rangefinders, laser designated target seekers or any application detecting YAG lasers or similar NIR emitters.
The serie Q is also available as single and 4 quadrant multi-element photodetector.

Silicon Sensor International AG offers large area InGaAs PIN diodes with up to 3 mm diameter active area.
They feature low dark currents, high sensitivity up to 1700 nm wavelength and are available in a visible-band enhanced version. Packages include hermetic TO cans as well as SMD type solutions.
